“Hotel” – Claire Rosinkranz

Not too long ago Claire Rosinkranz dropped “Boy In A Billion” from her 2021 EP, ‘6 Of A Billion,’ and from that proved to be a standout voice of Gen Z as she took the idea of pop and churned out something that stood apart from what came before and stood for the here and now. That is the foundation of the entirety of the EP, which is why her latest single, “Hotel” is a grand addition to the modern-day pop realm.

Eccentricities best describe what Claire Rosinkranz put into “Hotel.” The musical arrangement has a folk meets pop vibe that is paired with a youthful narrative that celebrates what it means to throw caution to the wind. Those who are still around the same age as Claire Rosinkranz will sing them in an anthemic way, while those who are older will be taken back to those days and nights where the rules did not seem to matter to them as they hid much of their activities from their parents.

“Hotel” highlights yet another side of what Claire Rosinkranz can do as “Boy In A Billion” shined a light on what she could do with her take on R&B. Overall when listening to this Southern California singer-songwriter – variety is the name of the game, and those who enjoy records that are far from one-note should check out what Claire Rosinkranz is serving up. ‘6 Of A Billion’ and “Hotel” are both available now on all major music and streaming sites.
