“Everything and Nothing” – Mob Rich

MOB RICH’s latest single “Everything and Nothing” is an intoxicatingly catchy alt-pop song that will require you to stop what you’re doing and dance. Steadfast rhythms and dynamic synth orchestration drive this upbeat song about the highs and lows of a relationship.

“Everything and Nothing” begins with an ambient, almost unsettling echo of distorted electric guitar sounds before launching into a bright verse with smooth vocals and rhythmic guitar strums. The instrumental intensity slowly builds under the consistent verse with intermittent bass drum beats and subtle guitar melodies that add an unexpected oomph. The chorus pulls back to let the high, flowing lyrics stand out as they sing “you make me feel like I am everything and nothing” before launching into a powerful orchestra of confident percussion and synth production.

Based in Los Angeles, MOB RICH (formerly Moby Rich) is comprised of the talented duo Maxwell Joseph and Connor Pledger. While Joseph is originally from Indianapolis and Pledger is originally from Atlanta, they both moved to Los Angeles in 2015 where they met by chance and began collaborating. With the release of “Everything and Nothing”, the pair continue to showcase their incredible alt-pop sounds, earnest songwriting, and unshakably infectious energy. This is a band with music that will make you feel like a million bucks.
