“SWALLOW” – Jaguar Jonze

“Go back home and swallow your own comedown”

If there is one thing Jaguar Jonze is going to do, it’s deliver you a song that makes you go, “Wait, did she just say…?” At least that is what’s been done with her latest single, “SWALLOW.”

When it comes to “SWALLOW,” it does not hold back. On the surface level, this song could be aimed at anyone you just cannot stand. Someone who comes at you in all directions with a high amount of BS and very little else to offer. Sinking your teeth deeper into it, Jaguar Jonze has said this song in particular is for the men out there who aren’t the greatest representation of the human species. With that, it’s a great pop track that’s dragged through an alternative sea of brazen lyricism and attitude. So much so that one could imagine this on the likes of Los Angeles’ KISS FM as well as the World Famous KROQ.

The sonic range found within the confines of “SWALLOW” makes it a song that fans with varying personal tastes are going to be able to shake hands and agree upon. It’s a little more on the rock side than her previous releases, “PUNCHLINE” and “TRIGGER HAPPY,” both of which gave great electropop vibes in a darkened hue. All of the above and more can be found on Jaguar Jonze’s 2022 release, ‘BUNNY MODE.’

On her latest record, Jaguar Jonze said she was allowed to finally open the gates and feel, so she took full advantage of that and it shows. To hear ‘SWALLOW” and more from Jaguar Jonze, make sure to check her out now on all major music and streaming sites today.
