“Made To Fall” – Mob Rich

Mob Rich has just released their latest single “Made to Fall”, a dynamic, soulful alt-pop tune with deeply thoughtful lyrics and moving instrumentation. This absolute smash of a single is leading up to the release of the duo’s debut full-length album titled Why No Why that will be available on May 14th, 2021.
With a building introduction, sliding electric guitar tones set the scene before acoustic guitar arpeggiation enters to support the flowing, harmonic verse. The lyrics are pensive and existential as they lead to the striking chorus that questions “am I broken or am I made of cards?” Strong chords in an unexpected progression allow the chorus to make a bold, disjointed statement that simultaneously mirrors the lyrics while maintaining a strong and uplifting aura. The lyrics paint a clear and relatable picture of wondering if where you came from dictates all you will ever be, but the bright, stable orchestration suggests that your future is what you make it.
Based in Los Angeles, Mob Rich is comprised of Maxwell Joseph and Connor Pledger. The West Coast transplants use their incredible musical instincts to create rich, emotional music that hits the sweet spot between memorable production and heartfelt lyrics that stick with you. With a strong lead single and a highly anticipated debut album, it’s clear that Mob Rich’s path of success doesn’t have a finish line.
