Q: First of all, tell us about your passion for music?

JAHAN: My passion for art and music dates back to 14 years old. I was signed young to an independent record label, BMX Entertainment based in Brooklyn, New York. Over the years, I have continued to improve my skills in poetry and rhythmic word play and I never quit. I always remained dedicated to my craft no matter what obstacles I was facing or what was occurring in my life.

Q: You have just released a song called “Dedication 2”, it’s such an excellent song! What can fans that haven’t heard it expect to hear?

JAHAN: Essence of hip hop with passion and 4 emcees with top notch lyrical ability: Masta Ace, REKS, Tahmell & Jahan Nostra. A Dope jazzy boom bap track by Buda Bap Beats. Expect to hear a professional sound and word play that match an outstanding instrumental with feel of jazzy vibes. Most of all be ready to feel great after listening to it. We got magic!

Q: What is the most valuable career advice you have received? Would you share it with us?

JAHAN: The most valuable career advice I’ve been given is to be authentic. Always stay true to who you are.

Q: If you could choose any artist to be on tour with, who would it be and why?

JAHANIf I could choose any artist to be on tour with, it would probably be Stevie Wonder because of the wealth of musical knowledge I would gain from watching him perform show after show and night after night.

Q: What do you hope people will gain from listening to your music?

JAHANI hope my music will uplift people and inspire them to pursue their passions and follow their dreams.

Q: Do you have any influences you would like to collaborate with on future projects?
