“Space Oddity” by Wilco

Wilco is known for having a cult-like indie rock following. This cover of “Space Oddity” is definitely another masterpiece to feed their audience. They add their own Indie twist to a classic Americana song from David Bowie.

The acoustic guitar arrangement during the bridge add their own unique vision that stays true to the brilliance of the original song but makes it their own. They also really made it organic to them by adding a jam sequence adding drums and an array of instrumentals to really put a cherry on top of an already incredible song.

This might be my new favorite cover. And I have no doubt, it will be yours too.
