“RUNNER” – Raizy

Afro-pop artists Raizy takes your hand and immediately sways your hips with his new song, “RUNNER.” I couldn’t fully understand the lyrics at first, but the beauty of “RUNNER” is that this song is meant to be felt. So even if you feel a little lost like I did with the Cameroonean slang, as long as the rhythm calls to you like it did for me, then you are doing something right. Raizy’s distinctive sound against the backdrop of infectious guitar riffs and pulsating rhythm helps “RUNNER” exude a vibrant and electrifying energy that is impossible to ignore.
