“Run To You” – PAENDA

When you’re one of the very few people your age in a healthy relationship you often look around like, what’s going on? Then you realize that you’re the anomaly because dating and love in the 21st century…it ain’t easy. I found my partner right before apps made the switch to the swipe left and right mode. We actually had to message one another, which was hard too but the swiping thing? Ugh, talk about frustrating. It’s no wonder many millennials are out there single, and PAENDA has penned what can be looked at as their war cry with “Run To You.”

Much like Taylor Swift, PAENDA pulls from the depths of her heart and goes for it with a song that highlights the reality of millennial dating. Armed with a narrative many can relate to and an electropop foundation, PAENDA builds a structurally sound moment for all to enjoy, single or not. That is because her voice goes so well with the music, a team made in audible heaven, you can’t help but start to vibe as soon as you hit play. It’s one of those songs that hits even harder when you can see yourself in every word displayed, so those who have struggled in the dating realm, have first date only burnout and are fed up with swiping – turn the dial to 10 and sing loud enough for your neighbors to hear.

PAENDA made her first moves back in 2017 with the release of “Waves.” Since then she’s dropped a cascade of music, including 16 – yes 16 – singles in 2021 alone. “Run To You” rounded out her single-heavy year dropping right in time for the holidays on Christmas Eve. With that much in her back pocket, you can only imagine what’s in store for the new year. For more from PAENDA, check her out on all major music and streaming sites now.
