“Never Let Me Go” by REAVEN is like if Sam Smith and Harry Styles had a music love child together and decided to also sprinkle in some indie pop, summertime energy into the mix. It’s pulsating rhythm and upbeat, party-like atmosphere in the instrumentals got me up on my feet, dancing around my room like nobody is watching. It even ends on a cliffhanger, which is so smart because now I cannot stop hitting the replay button trying to complete the sound loop that “Never Let Me Go” actively avoids. This song is a testament to those who’ve made a commitment to the one they love to never leave them, but also want to emote those feelings in a electrifying, uplifting way.
