“Need to Know” By Old Crush

“Need to Know” is a Lo-fi rock dream. It starts off with a collision of ethereal beats that lead the listener straight into the first verse.

The production is so simplistic yet has a brilliant dissonance to it. The merge of Old Crush’s vocals work alongside the musicality of the song in a strong way.

Old Crush clearly has a way with stringing together beats. In “Need to Know” this is apparent in the instrumental arrangements chosen throughout the song. By bringing in a soft lyrical journey, this song maintains a mellow feeling from start to finish.
