“How To Change A Tire” by Zach Hood

Zach Hood is a true storytelling genius. In “How To Change A Tire”, he ties in the metaphor of the father-son relationship that he was lacking and tells his journey through an incredibly honest lyrical masterpiece. This song sings like a letter to his father. It’s potent honesty and rawness is what makes this song work.

The way that he creates this nostalgic look on his childhood while incorporating a soft production, really carries the way this song makes the audience feel.

This is one of those songs that is so good and so well written that feels as if you are watching a movie within his words. Well done.
