“Good Life” – Idman

Have you ever wanted to be wrapped up in a song? That’s how I felt listening to “Good Life” by Idman. Yes, it’s a post-breakup song about not wanting to see the positives occurring in an exes life, but Idman delivers it so well, good, that you just want to wear it around like a warm coat.

For those who are still waiting around for SZA to drop the follow up to ‘CTRL,’ can just stop the wait and shift the attention elsewhere because she’s not the only one in the game serving up next level R&B. Idman is doing big things with “Good Things” Especially with lyrics that lay things out straight and don’t rely on flowery language to mask the reality. Idman gives it to you straight with lines like, “You wasn’t shit when I met you. Now you feel like the shit I regretted.” Whoever “Good Life” is about, thank you for providing the inspo, but we would never want to be on the receiving end of a line like that.

Her third single, Idman has been steadily climbing in the ranks. Over the past year, the LA-based artist not only dropped “Down For It” and “Polytics” but caught the attention of WILLOW and the likes of Fenty Beauty online. The stars are starting to align and big things are heading her way. Like her debut EP on Arista Records/Golly Geng, due out in Spring 2022.

To say you were there when, make sure to check out “Good Life” and all the rest Idman has out now on all major music and streaming sites today.
