In “Cheap Bottle of Red”, the lyrics resonate almost too well with the generation they are connecting with. This song is about having one to those nights during a heartbreak where you just want to escape with a bottle of wine. Eleven Point Two reflects on the emotions that arise when you are overthinking in the sake of love.
The vocals have a crisp tone to them and tell the story perfectly through a dynamic range. “Cheap Bottle of Red” is one of the many strong tracks in their newest EP. Definitely worth giving it a listen or two.
