“Call Me When You Can” by EMMY

EMMY has unleashed a whole series of emotional indie-pop bangers. “Call Me When You Can” is one of my favorites from her newest release and for a good reason. She really taps into a raw and honest form of storytelling which helps her listeners connect on a deeper level.

The soft instrumentals and production arrangement works as the perfect backdrop for a passionate tale about an ending friendship.

This song talks about the realness of changing at a different pace as the people in your life and how to have peace with that. She portrays this with a powerful chorus and poignant verses. Really beautiful from start to finish.
