Live music, something we all know and love, was obviously enormously affected, as well. However, the music industry is never one to back down in the face of a challenge, and has shown that it is willing to learn and adapt so that music lovers everywhere can still “attend” live shows. Let’s look at the bright side of things: gone are the days of waiting hours in the pit, or driving for hours just to see your favorite band. September 24-28: DC Jazz Fest
The 16th Annual DC JazzFest will stream live from D.C. from Thursday, September 24th through Monday, September 28th. They’re bringing their world-class jazz programming to the global stage for the very first time, with over 20 performances from international superstars and homegrown talent alike. This year’s festival will feature not only performances, but also interviews and other exclusive jazz content.
September 25-27: Monterey Jazz Festival
