“Whiskey” by Zubi

Zubi beautifully mixes his African roots into a vibey indie-soul track. With soft instrumentals from the drums and guitar, this stripped down song really gives the vocals room to shine. And oh boy, do they shine.

This song is a beautiful duet with plenty of sultry yet strong vocal performances. Let’s just say, you’ll be swaying from start to finish of “Whiskey”. The production intertwines the beats to make this a truly unique vocal story.

With touching lyrics like, “I’ll meet you where you go / Baby don’t go alone”, this is one of those easy love songs that will stand the test of time. This one is for the lovers.
