“Which Side Are You On” by Morning Silk

The first 30 seconds will put you in a musical indie hole that you won’t want to climb out of. It starts off with the same lo-fi beat for a few seconds until the main drop happens to carry the listener into the main vibe of the song. Then just when you least expect it, an absolute killer guitar solo takes the song to a completely different place before ending it.

Needless to say, the production is something of pure brilliance and tells a story just as much as the lyrics do.

Morning Silk’s voice carries the lyrical journey with ease and creates a well rounded indie pop track. This one to listen to, folks.
