“Just For A Minute” by SOZI

You’re going to want to listen to SOZI’s new track “Just For A Minute” for more than just a minute!

“Just For A Minute” works with gorgeous sonics, crisp production, and emotional vocals. All of it is delivered with a dash of pop idol energy. The bass-y chorus contrasts the bright slap of the guitar in the verses on this track, and the hooks land in all the right ways. This track has a full-band sound with some synthy sounds to add more atmosphere, and the bright vocals are delivered with catchy clarity. Lyrically, this track explores emotion and the desire to get over overthinking. It’s about wanting to take control over one’s own head, if it’s even for a single minute.

SOZI is a Los Angeles born-and-based pop artist and producer who has had her track “Never Fade” featured on Love is Blind on Netflix. SOZI grew up in a musical family with a natural knack for performance, started training in classical piano at seven, and started writing her own songs at 10. She used all of this experience to build into the music she creates today. In the past, she has performed at Style Fashion Week in Palm Springs, Summer SauceFest, and more festivals and events around the country. SOZI’s upbringing gave her a lot of skill, and that shows both on the stage and in the studio!
