“Golden State” by Gray Hawken

“Golden State” is a love song for the unrequited. This song is about wishing you could have loved and listened deeper before it ended. Gray Hawken paints this story for the audience in a way that makes the listener feel as if they are going through it too.

This song has so much love within it. You can truly feel what Gray Hawken was going through when he wrote it. Not only is there love, but there is emotional relevance shining through the beauty of each word.

Gray Hawken really delivers a personal piece and one of their personal best with this one. It went straight in my summer playlist.
