“Fashion” by Eli Montanna

We are walking down Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles like it’s a runway with our shopping bags. Gucci, Fendi, Prada, anyone? If we do anything, let’s do it in style with “Fashion” by Texas native Eli Montanna blasting in the background. We had the pleasure of interviewing Eli Montanna, and here is what he had to say:

Q: You like a woman with a good fashion sense. If you could buy her any brand, what would you buy? What was your vision behind making “Fashion”?

ELI: Chanel. Fashion is a form of self-expression. For me it’s a reminder to create and let your ideas come to life.

Q: As a young and upcoming artist, Who has been your inspiration?

ELI: My close friends are artists so seeing them strive to release their emotions on a track keeps me motivated.

Q: You’ve been dropping albums back to back: 98 (2021), High As Heaven (2022), and Recovery (2023); how has your sound evolved over the years?

ELI: I feel like I am finding my vocal style. I also feel producing my own music helps capture my emotions best, as the sounds fit perfectly with my mood. Still, there is room to grow.

Q: You just dropped your new album ‘Recovery” what was the creative process for the album?

ELIThe process was filled with many early morning 3:00 am cook-ups. That’s when my mind is the most active I believe. There was no forcing anything. The feeling was already there.

Q: What do you think makes your music unique?

ELI: I feel like my music is unique because oftentimes I can turn story telling into a catchy tune in the most authentic way.

Q: What’s next for you?

ELI: A lot more music videos , upgrading content, traveling and making things happen.
