“Better Together” – Tree Giants

Daniel Chrisman and Israel Lee have been working through the night for years in the studio with others, and when they’ve had the time they’ve managed to do their own thing as Tree Giants. Three albums and a few singles later and they’re back with, “Better Together,” the lead single off their upcoming EP slated for release this year.

Being that Tree Giants are no stranger to working wonders for others, you go in expecting the most when it comes to production value and they did not disappoint in that regard. When it first began, it gave me a quick reminder of the electronic pop we got in the ‘80s with a very space-like quality. Then things modernized quickly as the music built wonderfully around the captivating lyrical content. Which, if I’m being honest was a pleasant surprise. Everything came together in an anthemic way that felt like “Better Together” could be a song that means a lot to everyone from a couple on their wedding day to a class graduating to the next chapter in their life. In the end, it is a musical moment about the beauty of coming together – something we need more of in this world.

Tree Giants encase themselves in a dreamscape of sounds that blend electronic beats with the heart and tenacity of a pop song. For those who want to be encased in that too, make sure to check out “Better Together” and more from Tree Giants on all major music and streaming sites today.
