“BARRYMORE” – Blake Wisner x Cam

“BARRYMORE” by Blake Wisner x Cam creates a fusion of catchy hooks, dreamy synth textures, and heavy guitar riffs. Wisner refers to iconic movie star legend Drew Barrymore as their partner’s muse, even though the partner does not realize it. Although many would be flattered to be compared to her, “Barrymore” does no favors to whoever Blake Wisner refers to. The person Wisner refers to sounds erratic and confused about what they want and need, so Wisner decides to choose themselves by showing their ex-partner the door. Fast-paced and energetic, this punk rock song is reminiscent of the 90s/early 2000s, creating an irresistible blend of punk rock and pop sensibilities.
