“Look the Other Way” – Austin Ford and the Time Travelers

“Look the Other Way” by Austin Ford and the Time Travelers is a catchy tune that is reminiscent of your childhood sing-a-long songs, but this time it’s for all ages (but geared towards adults!). The song even acknowledges playfully that they know they have a infectious melody, and hinted at their audience possibly feeling tempted to join in while simultaneously grappling with feelings of cringe or inadequacy. It’s a clever setup that sets the stage for the internal battle that follows along the band in the lyrics. “Look the Other Way” is supposed to help you make peace with your feelings, even if they are uncomfortable. If those same feelings aren’t servicing you well, then Austin Ford and the Time Travelers encourage you to “look the other way”~!
